Nuggets

This position is responsible for boxing nuggets, strips, soups, and topping salads with chicken

Boxing Nuggerts

  • Make sure that All boxes are free of excess stains. And nuggets are handled with gloved hands.

  • 5 nuggets - small menu tab with nugget button pressed

  • 8 nuggets - medium menu tab with nugget button pressed

  • 12 nuggets - large menu tab with nugget button pressed

Boxing Strips

  • Make sure all boxes are free of excess stains, and strips are handled with gloved hands.

  • 1 strip - small menu tab with strip button pressed.

  • 2 strips - small menu tab with strip button pressed.

  • 3 strips - medium menu tab with strip button pressed.

  • 4 strips - large menu tab with strip button pressed.


Secondary

Grilled

  • Grilled Chicken Sandwich - Served on a toasted multigrain bun, two pieces of lettuce (4" pieces), 2 slices of tomatoes and grilled filet (pretty side up). Packaged in a clam shell with a sleeve.

  • Grilled Chicken Club - Served on a toasted multigrain bun, two pieces of lettuce (4" pieces), 2 slices of tomatoes, grilled filet (pretty side up), colby jack cheese (american or pepper jack) and three pieces of bacon. Packaged in a clam shell and a sleeve.

  • Gluten Free - when making a gluten free sandwich, change your gloves before making anything. Prepare all the ingredients in a 16 oz paper bowl except for the bun.

Grilled Nuggets

  • 5 count - served in the red 4 oz paper bowl.

  • 8 & 12 count - served in the white 5 oz paper bowl.

  • 30 count - served in the 16 oz paper bowl.

Mac & Cheese

  • Baked for 35 min of 325 degrees F.

  • Small - served in the red 4 oz paper bowl.

  • Medium - served in the white 5 oz paper bowl.

  • Large -served in the red 16 oz paper bowl.
