  • Test their knowledge of what condiments go with each item and the quantities of sauces that should be going in each bag.

  • Show them how to check bags for all the items, sauces, and straws before handing it to the passers or to the guest.

  • Ensure they are identifying and handing out the correct drinks for each order before handing it to the passers or to the guest.
