Never have your back turned to the guest!!

Coach them to pull cars forward using proper CFA language. Cars should always be moving past the window to ensure there is no overflow into the street on the other side of the building.

Never let orders sit in front of you, as soon as you are handed a bag, run it.

Communicate with the window person whenever you need something for a guest.
