Day 3: Face
On the first day of face to face, have the trainee shadow you for a few orders before they start. This allows them to pick up on the language used, clarifying questions, and sense of urgency.

Ensure that they are asking for sauces and condiments, if the guests says no, show them how to use the "no sauce" button.
Keep an eye on gaps and coach the trainee to keep the cars pulling forward.
Make sure that they read back the entire order, including sides and sizes.
Ensure the trainee is using CORE 4 and being hospitable with each guest.
Be sure the trainee knows how to tender mobile orders and when to use the exact dollar button.
Ensure they are properly greeting the guest and using CFA language.
